What is a Trojan horse virus?

A Trojan horse virus is a malware of computer which can be installed easily to a host computer but is very difficult to remove it. It can get embedded anywhere and steal the data. The hackers send this virus through many ways:
• Through the downloads of software
• Websites that has executable contents
• Attachments sent as e-mail
• Through social interaction.
The effects of Trojan horse virus
• Once it is installed it can communicate with remote systems and hack whatever it desires.
• Data theft including the password theft and even information of credit cards.
• Downloading or uploading, deletion or modification of files etc.
• The space of computer is unnecessarily wasted.
Removing the virus
• It is easy to install Trojan but hard to remove it as it resembles a required software.
• The antivirus software is mostly used to remove this virus. The antivirus that is specialized in Trojan
virus can help to protect the virus.
